Unless other arrangements have been made in writing the following terms and conditions shall apply: Standard product sales are COD. Custom products will be 50% advance payment. The remainder COD. Warranty: All products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year; except as follows: The customer shall establish the suitability of the product where it is required by the product specifications. Failure to do so shall void all warranties. Cutter blades on Quick Cut® are warranted for 60 days. Lacquer coating on drains is warranted for 60 days against peeling or tarnishing. Limitation of warranty: The seller�s liability shall be limited at the sellers option to the repair, replacement, or return of purchase price of any defective item. The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenues, installation or manufacturing expense, injury to reputation, loss of customers, or any other such expense or injury.
